  • We reserve the right to pause or cancel services for unpaid invoices

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which will be made available upon request or specified in the client agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code developed by TopDigitize remains the intellectual property of TopDigitize unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use deliverables (e.g., website, content, lead lists) for their business purposes. Reselling or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Client misuse of tools, data, or outreach methods

We aim to deliver high-quality work but make no guarantees of specific business results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services without prior notice if:

  • Payment is not received

Clients may also terminate services with advance notice based on the terms outlined in individual project agreements.
